Well….It’s my second day of blogging and my report for my day yesterday was so off and not a normal day, trust me. So I didn’t have my forth meal with me and I wasn’t going to get home for another hour I was starving!!! So I had a minor food infraction. It was just one meal (Asian tuna is awesome! wont go into what I had with it) and I tried to keep it as clean as possible. But wait there is more! I finally made it home and wanted to take a small nap. I laid down at 5:30pm January 13 and woke up at 7:30am January 14. Anyways I can’t really beat myself up to much I will have to treat yesterday like my weekend day and I wasted a cheat meal day and it wasn’t even a great cheat meal. Back to the drawing board, on my second meal and back on the grind. I am excited to train tonight causeI know am about to get killed. Can’t nobody stop me but me. I’m walking on that stage claiming and taking first place. If you want to beat me ya better get on your grind!
Random question of the day......I wonder how my veggies would taste raw and put in a magic bullet blender???? I know I would get more out of them hmmmmmm I'll let you guys know how that goes later unless someone already knows and can feel me in
